Amez Prime – Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Amez Prime provides refunds or permits cancellations for services or investment-related payments. By engaging with Amez Prime, you accept these terms as binding.
1. Scope
1.1 Applicability: This policy applies only to administrative fees, consultancy service charges, and optional value-added services. Real estate investment capital contributions are governed by separate investment agreements and are generally non-refundable.
1.2 Binding Nature: Investments once confirmed are legally binding and subject to the investment term and related contractual obligations.
2. Cancellation
2.1 Service Cancellations: Clients may request to cancel services within 14 days of purchase, provided the services have not commenced.
2.2 Investment Cancellations: Investments cannot be canceled once funds are committed unless stated otherwise in the signed agreement.
2.3 Project Withdrawal: Withdrawal from specific property projects may result in forfeiture of fees or deductions based on the project’s status.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Eligible Services: Fees paid for unused consulting services may be refunded upon written request.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items: Fees related to legal processing, government charges, third-party evaluations, and documentation are non-refundable.
3.3 Discretionary Refunds: Refunds outside the standard scope may be granted at Amez Prime’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
4. Processing Refunds
4.1 Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method used unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Timeframe: Approved refunds are issued within 30 business days from the date of confirmation.
4.3 Notification: Clients will be informed by email once the refund has been initiated.
5. Investment Disputes
5.1 Dispute Handling: Any dispute related to investment return or project progress should be directed to the Amez Prime dispute resolution team.
5.2 Mediation First: We prioritize resolving disputes via mediation before involving legal proceedings.
5.3 Legal Rights: Nothing in this policy restricts your rights under applicable consumer protection or contract law.
6. Policy Amendments
6.1 Updates: This policy may be revised periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
6.2 Effective Scope: Policy changes apply only to future transactions and do not affect already processed refunds.
